Surgical Services Director - Registered Nurse

If you are a licensed Registered Nurse with management experience, then please read on for details of an outstanding opportunity.

Join a staff of professionals as the Director of a new, progressive and rapidly growing medical center that values its patients and employees first.

As Director of Surgical Services you will have demonstrated knowledge clinical care standards and AORN standards of surgical care.
This position will maintain adequate staffing levels, assure regulatory compliance, promptly address any customer/patient complaints and facilitate improvement efforts.

An ideal candidate will have:
~ Bachelor's degree in Nursing
~ Current State of WI RN licensure preferred, however open to any state license
~ Experience as an Operating Room Nurse
~ 1-3 years of management experience.
