Software Sales Manager / Sales Director (Designate), to 60K HET Software develops software for the care in the community industry. They have a market-leading product known as CareManager3, which offers rostering through to invoicing and payroll. They also produce a software product known as Supporting People Manager, which is used in supported living, a government funding source. The company employs 30 staff and works from a rural barn near Haverhill, Suffolk. The company also has small offices in Sydney, Australia and Penang, Malaysia. HET turnover is currently around £1,3 million HET wish to recruit a senior sales executive to join the existing sales team of 4 and replacing an existing member of the team. The role has particular strategic significance as the successful candidate will be expected to develop into the role of Sales Director over the next 1-3 years HET is looking to immediately recruit a candidate for the post. The speed with which the sales director role is offered will depend entirely on the progress of the successful candidate and could be immediate. Job description: To fulfil the senior sales consultant role, the successful candidate will have to learn two complex software applications, acquiring thorough industry knowledge of the market areas in which HET operates. A personal sales target of £600k pa includes total revenue from an existing portfolio of clients plus newly developed clients. The post involves managing an existing income stream from clients across the country and developing new business.
