A young, progressive medical device manufacturer is seeking a dynamic, hard working sales leader to join our medical sales team and represent our products in the New Jersey, New York and New England area. You must be people-oriented with strong inter-personal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. Must have experience calling on and closing sales with clinicians in the Anesthesia and/or Operating Room settings. You will be selling disposable devices in procedure-driven sales. Individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent organization and communication skills should apply. This position is for a motivated top performer who is driven by sales revenue. A strategic, consultative style and proven, successful leadership of building and maintaining winning accounts is essential. We offer a very attractive compensation package including base salary, commission, incentives/bonus, and more!

Territory:
Territory will be New York, New Jersey and New England

Responsibilities of Medical Sales Representative includes:
•Making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers
•Calling on health care facilities within assigned territory
•Operating with a high standard of business ethics and follows the Indigo Orb code of conduct
•Developing strong relationships with key decision makers
•Maintaining existing business and presenting new products
•Preparing bids and price quotes
•Occasionally cold calling
•Reviewing and reporting on how products are perceived in the marketplace
•Successfully increase revenues and maintain profit margins
•Attending tradeshows and other business meetings as necessary
•Maintaining positive impression of the company by observing hospital policies
•Traveling overnight will be required

Requirements for Medical Sales Representative:
•Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment
•Stable work history
•Ability to present multiple product lines
•Background in commissioned, tangible product sales required
•Bachelors Degree, preferably with a health science or marketing/business major
•5 years of highly successful strategic sales experience in the medical device field
•Ability to travel in multiple states with overnight stays away from home
•Flexibility to travel outside your territory, including trade shows and medical conferences as required by Corporate
•Excellent verbal communication skills, including the confidence to train clients regarding technology and product usage
•Computer proficiency especially in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
•Results oriented with demonstrated time/territory management
•Ability to identify, prioritize and target key customers
