The company is looking for Analyst in Retail/Stores Industry.
The Candidates Responsibility :
Work with end users and cross-functional business teams to analyze, document and prioritize business needs that reflect requirements for Multi-Channel Initiative.
Partner with Nordstrom information technology team to design, build, test and implement.
Determine and document the impact of implementation, and changes needed to current business organization and processes.
Partner with change readiness team in the development and maintenance of user guides, process task documentation, job aids, and other materials for end users.
Serve as a contact and subject matter expert for all stakeholder groups.
Support handing off deliverables to production systems support as well as escalation for help desk post-implementation.
Represent the Business needs throughout the analysis, design, testing, training and implementation process for all phases of the project.
The Candidates Eligibility :
2 to 5 years business analyst and relevant industry experience within an IT organization and/or educational equivalent
Solid analytical, listening and interpretation skills.
Nordstrom organizational knowledge is preferred.
Experience in retail business practices and development is preferred.
Possess strong ownership and desire to provide excellent customer service.
Experience in writing detailed business requirements or other process documentation.
Ability to set high expectations and execute the tasks necessary to meet the goals.
Strong ability to provide creative solutions under high pressure and short timeline.
Self-starter with strong customer focus, follow-through and solution orientation.
Proficient in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio).
