California Elite Realty & Mortgage has an immediate opening for two in house, Real Estate Agents. Our office is currently generating in excess of 10 buyers, anxious to own per week and we expect this volume to increase over the next couple of months. We work with seasoned real estate investors that typically purchase 4-10 properties at a time. A successful Real Estate Agent will assist in funding 20-30 deals per month. We have the buyers, all you have to do is find suitable homes on Sandicore, and assist the buyer with the contracts. We're looking for driven Mortgage Sales professionals that are serious about building their career with us and making serious money.
Candidates with over 2 years of Real Estate Sales Experience are highly encouraged to apply. We're looking to groom our next number one Sales Representative or Sales Manager.
A desire to have fun and make incredible commissions. We have a great team environment and we're looking for positive people.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent at a well known Real Estate brokerage.
Experience closing multiple deals for individual buyers.
Experience processing loans using DU/LP.
Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass LOS (benefit, not a requirement) or Calyx Point.
Impeccable organization and communication skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of programs.

Top Candidates will have at least 18 months to 2 years of Real Estate Sales experience.
