COMPANY:
We are a Real Estate Investment and Management firm with offices in Los Angeles and New York. We specialize in the acquisition and management of apartment buildings, shopping centers, and office buildings. We are expanding our operations, and are seeking qualified candidates to join our team.
POSITION:
The Los Angeles office seeks a Dispatcher for the Maintenance Department. The position will be based in Sherman Oaks (intersection of 405 Fwy & 101 Fwy).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The applicant must be capable of handling multiple assignments and working closely with other team members. Heavy follow-up is required until completion of all tasks.
Responsibilities will consist of:
General office duties
special projects as assigned
Correspondence
Scheduling and pricing
Inbound and outbound telephone calls
Filing
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School degree (or higher) required. Real Estate license not required.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year in Real Estate industry, or related industry.
Software Skills: Microsoft Word and Excel required. Yardi Property Management software preferred.
References: full business references and proven work history required.
