1) Oversee quality control, lab and packaging and product handling departments
2) Lead development and implementation of quality programs
3) Audit execution of quality programs like allergen, sanitation and self-audits
4) Organize investigations to diagnose quality problems throughout the production process
5) Ensure that records and documentation are maintained
6) Work as a plant contact person for customer inquiries, concerns and audits
7) Collect/interpret data and issue reports of findings and trends
8) Investigate new technologies/applications to improve processes
9) Maintain and enhance quality programs
Job Requirement:
1) Technical degree or 2 years' Diploma in Food Science, Biology and Chemistry
2) 5-30 years' experience
3) Experience in egg, dairy, bakery or liquid food segment preferred
4) Hands-on experience in managing quality in a food company
