Description
Corporate Recruiter
The Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of recruitment, employment and orientation of candidates for the domestic US offices and/or international locations. Responsible for establishing candidate pipelines for support services groups.
Location: Houston, TX (Corporate headquarters)
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan and manage full-cycle recruitment and placement programs for corporate personnel
Source qualified candidates from assigned region(s)
Screen, evaluate and provide orientation of job requirements and company benefits for area of assignment
Conduct phone interview with applicant and coordinate on-site interview.
Develop and implement a diverse sourcing strategy to identify high-caliber candidates including the use of job boards, contacts, off-site recruiting fairs, and referrals.
Maintain an active applicant flow tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in processing new hires and maintain filing systems.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Ensure that relevant personnel and training records are maintained using suitable systems and that they are readily accessible for audit purposes.
Ensure procedures are in place for obtaining references, background checks, travel and work visas and coordination of travel.
Perform other duties and special projects as requested by management

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, International Business, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in the human resources field.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Prefer international human resources or recruiting experience and ability to source and recruit candidates from global markets.
Working experience supporting the oil & gas, offshore drilling industry preferred.
Excellent communications and organization skills including ability to successfully function within a multi-task environment.
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access or other database programs.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team oriented environment.
