Position Summary:
Responsibilities included in the monitoring of all in-process and labeling/packaging operations for compliance to cGMP’s and company policies/procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspection of incoming materials
Sampling and inspecting components for kits and packaging/labeling
Manufacturing supplies
Monitoring/Auditing floor activities
Perform line clearances
Perform material sampling/inspection
Monitor labeling and kitting operations
Label materials with status
Execution of EM sampling (environmental monitoring)
Perform air, particle, surface and personnel monitoring
Labeling/Component control
Control of labeling inventory/accountability
Issue labels to manufacturing
Final product inspection
Participate in QA projects and representing QA on project teams
Inventory team
Update SOPs as needed
Other improvement projects
Perform other duties as directed
Qualifications:
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and flexibility to change priorities asrequired.
Ability to understand the flow of the production processes and evaluatedocumentation relating to such processes. Ability to perform mathematical calculations with precision accuracy
Working knowledge of cGMP requirements in pharmaceuticals
Good organizational/clerical skills
Ability to interact and communicate well with all departments and management levels
PC skills, Windows, MS Office, (some ERP/MRP experience helpful)
Ability to lift 35-50 pounds
Bachelors Degree preferred
