We are a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Seattle area. We are seeking a Senior-level Clinical Research Associate to manage clinical trials of our cutting-edge products.

Key responsibilities include:
- Oversight of entire clinical trial process, including coordination of day-to-day activities of trial sites
- Design of clinical studies in collaboration with senior management, medical monitor, biostatistician, and regulatory affairs
- Serve as Protocol Manager for multiple projects, monitoring clinical studies for protocol compliance and regulatory adherence
- Oversight of data validity and ensuring compliance with regulations, SOP's and GCP's
- Motivation for site study completion
Qualified candidates will posses the following:
- Bachelors degree in a life science or nursing, or Registered Nurse with equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in clinical studies
- Working knowledge of GCP's, ICH guidelines and FDA regulations
- Possess a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong delegation and communication skills
- Oncology experience highly desirable
- Certified Clinical Research Associate desired
- Must have valid driver's license
