The ideal Deputy Director candidate will be a proven, motivated and flexible individual with a record of outstanding leadership as part of a small team in an entrepreneurial context (for-profit or non-profit). He or she will possess a genuine, open-minded interest in Jewish culture/identity and the philanthropic world.

Developing and managing the distribution of 21/64’s generational toolkit.
Supporting 21/64’s partners (examples: Association of Small Foundations and Jewish Funders Network) through workshops and other educational fronts.
Providing training at Council of Foundations, regional associations, community foundations and local Jewish federations.
Overseeing the communication and maintenance of online resources.
Collaborating on communications such as writing newsletters and reports.
