Our Federal Management Group is searching for a Federal Program Manager/National Leader - Federal Market Defense Agencies to join their growing team. This is a senior level position responsible for strategic leadership within the Company's Defense Agency clients (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Department of Homeland Security, National Intelligence Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency).
The National Leader Federal Defense Agencies is responsible for maintaining strategic relationships within the identified agencies, developing national pursuit strategies to secure strategic opportunities for the firm nationwide, assimilating relevant information in support of the Company's marketing objectives and disseminating it to identified client managers, and in general leading the company's strategic marketing efforts for US Defense Agencies. They will have direct responsibility for the Company's national and strategic opportunities and an indirect support requirement to facilitate the development by local units of local relationships and "Centers of Excellence" for identified service offerings.
The location of the successful candidate is anticipated to be the greater Washington DC metropolitian area; however consideration will be given to a candidate that can demonstrate an ability to accomplish the identified objectives from a different location.

B.A./B.S. or higher degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science or related field from accredited University
Proven and dynamic Leadership capabilities
Demonstrated business and personnel management abilities
Ability to travel as necessary to meet project requirements
Functional expertise in the use of basic automation systems (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
Ability to pass background checks and related due diligence
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to work within a collaborative, team environment and coordinate activities between program components
Ability to effect results through the individuals efforts in the market
Previous experience providing consulting services to Federal Defense Agencies
Ability to direct senior personnel and effectively manage and supervise a staff
Desired:
Senior Defense Agency Experience (General Officer, SES, or equivalent)
Demonstrated ability post public service to develop and execute key opportunities with identified Defense Agency clients
Nationally recognized through prior position, articles, writing, publications, and speaking within the Defense Agency market
