OBJECTIVE: Support quality assurance and statistical process control in manufacturing as part of an independent team charged with the responsibility of identifying and transferring certain manufacturing projects from one facility to another. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with a cross-functional team to develop project plans and adhere to schedules to meet the demands of strict project deadlines.
Develop process validation protocols as well as execution and summary of process validations. Develop complete quality plans, standard operating procedures, and inspection criteria.
Interpret product specifications and engineering drawings.
Design and implement gauging and fixturing necessary for inspection of medical instruments and implants.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelors degree.
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in medical product Quality Assurance.
Knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485.
Proficiency in Unigraphics, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
Language ability to read, analyzes, and interprets common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Math ability to comprehend and apply principles of advanced calculus, modern algebra, and advanced statistical theory and able to work with concepts such as limits, rings, quadratic and differential equations, and proofs of theorems.
Reasoning ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions including the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Travel Domestic and international as needed.
