Supports the M&A group by developing financial models and pro-formas of prospective acquisitions and licensing agreements. Conducts financial due diligence, manages post integration FP&A activities, and monitors financial performance of the acquired business. Work closely with operational groups including global marketing, R&D, operations, regulatory, etc. to obtain key financial inputs and assumptions. Monitor financial performance of all acquisitions. A hands-on and detail oriented position. Handle special projects as assigned.
Finance degree; or 5 to 8 years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
Broad knowledge of finance and business processes. Prior acquisition experience including modeling and due diligence.
Ability to develop complex financial models, identify key issues, convey results and propose alternatives to financial and non-financial managers in a concise manner. Communication and presentation skills.
MBA, and or CPA preferred
