The person in this role will possess a strong work ethic and high sense of urgency. The Division Director reports to the Branch Manager and is primarily responsible for the following:
Sales Leadership
Motivation and direction to the sales managers he/she manages.
Incremental growth of divisional revenue consistent with RHI targets.
Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates.
Develop and grow a client base
Use his/her proven sales background to develop and grow his/her own client base by selling project and interim staffing solutions.
Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
Recruit, interview and place highly skilled creative individuals.
Responsible for solidifying The Creative Group's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
Work with Branch and Regional Management to develop the division's production and performance goals.
Supervise the administrative functions of the office.
