Develop, Test & Implement strategies to maximize retention & conversion

Closely monitor & report metrics
Execute Price Testing Strategy
Proactively monitor and communicate learning’s for continuous improvement of online products, using available reporting and analytics tools
Continually manage the improvement of look/feel & usability
Execute internationalization strategy
Coordinate Promotion of Online Events: Lives Shows, New Site Launches & Re-launches
Coordinate all consumer facing promotions
Manage Consumer Email Marketing Campaign
Manage Adult Media Corp
