Our client, the leading developer of interactive entertainment software is seeking to add a technology transactions attorney to its dynamic legal department. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience drafting and reviewing complex marketing, co-promotion and/or entertainment-related license agreements. Entertainment industry experience is preferred. Membership to California Bar is required.
This position will support our client’s Business Affairs, Entertainment Marketing teams and Product Development. Duties include drafting and negotiating complex marketing agreements (channel marketing agreements, event marketing agreements, sponsorship agreements, etc.), television production and original programming agreements, merchandising licenses, entertainment industry licenses, celebrity licenses and third-party product development agreements.
