PEPID, LLC Seeks Part Time Graphic Designer

JOB SUMMARY:
Develop graphics for all marketing materials, including print collateral, email campaigns, direct mail and package design under the instruction of the Marketing Director. Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to creatively execute project assignments. Develop and execute production of jobs efficiently. Make all requested changes/corrections promptly and correctly. Demonstrates attention to detail while meeting assigned deadlines.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide graphic support for the marketing and technology team
Collaborate with the copywriter in conceptual development of marketing projects
Maintain printing supplies
ONGOING TASKS:
email Campaigns
Work with the Copywriter to develop targeted email concepts and designs
Develop effective digital marketing campaigns
Create new e-newsletters
Product Updates
Edit website after every product update base on Brand Manager input and Marketing Director instruction
Work with the Copywriter to design emails announcing product updates
Update product evaluation CDs
Update product
Repurposing print materials for electronic delivery.
Develop Trade Show Collateral
Work with copywriter to create sale support material for trade shows, conferences, expos, etc.
Website
Edit website after every product update base on Brand Manager input and Marketing Director instruction
Work with the Copywriter to design emails announcing product updates
Collaborate with the copywriter to refresh website images and content quarterly
Create online banner advertisements, as well as some flash and rich media elements
Requirements
Required Education & Experience
BA degree in graphic design
Preferred 1-3 years experience working as a graphic artist
Proven proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Experience creating print, online advertising, graphic design (including iconography, typography, color and layout)
Experience in Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver. Must have examples.
Experience with HTML, especially technical requirements for creating e-mail templates
A fine understanding of cross-browser, e-mail design and development issues
Ability to manage one's time effectively to meet multiple, tight deadlines
