The Organization Development Specialist promotes the ongoing effort of improving individual, group, and corporate performance through consulting and training initiatives throughout all of Ameren. Key responsibilities include:
* Establish collaborative relationships with internal clients to promote change efforts and achieve improved business results.
* Conduct work group assessments to identify accurately, and develop collaboratively appropriate interventions, and feedback systems based on client needs. Serve as a third party facilitator to ensure effective group processes. Perform group development activities through team building initiatives. Assist groups or functions in identifying their direction or opportunities through the development of mission/vision statements.
* Work with clients to establish and promote career and leadership development and talent assessment philosophies and systems. Promote the improvement of communication efforts through feedback activities, including surveys and interviews. Design, develop, and conduct skill-building activities, including training workshops, which target individual and group development. Collaborate with other functions to promote and support cultural change initiatives.
Other
Strong interaction, communication, and systematic problem solving skills required, along with the ability to be versatile and manage ambiguous situations as needed. In addition, ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team-based environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize is essential.
