Human Resources Generalist
An excellent opportunity for someone interested in a mid-level Human Resources role, as this position will offer many avenues for growth and hands-on experience in this professional field. The ideal candidate will not only possess the qualifications as listed below but is also energetic, a team player, and focused on achieving results. This position is located at Toppan Photomasks, Inc. corporate headquarters in Round Rock, TX and supports all the G&A functions globally. The position will work closely with HR and functional managers at operations sites in Round Rock, California, Germany, France, China, Korea, and Singapore and reports to the U.S. Regional HR Manager located in Santa Clara, CA.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Staffing:
Manage and drive the full cycle staffing process for the corporate functions
Lead and work with hiring managers
Post job listings and maintain staffing log
Using creative sourcing techniques, recruit and screen highly qualified applicants
Manage staffing agencies, as needed
Schedule interviews
Monitor that TPI's recruiting and hiring process is followed, including management approval of requisitions prior to initiating searches and offer terms prior to extending offers
Conduct new hire orientation and prepare new employee paperwork
Coordinate application process for Visas, Work Permits and Residence Permits
Coordinate relocation efforts for expatriates, including vendor management
Employee Relations:
Respond to inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and programs
Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues
Assist with coordination and implementation of employee communication meetings and general announcements for the corporate building
Conduct on-site training to ensure labor law compliance

Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
2+ years experience in managing a full cycle staffing process and 1+ years experience in benefits administration, experience in other HR functions highly preferred
Ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy to fulfill responsibilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
Self-starter; takes initiative; detailed and highly organized; problem-solver
High standard of integrity & ethics; customer-focused; can-do attitude; goal and action oriented; flexible and adaptable
Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in MS Office applications
Working knowledge of Kronos timekeeping application and Oracle HRMS
