Location: Miami Beach, FL
Salary Range: $25,000 - $30,000
Human Resources Assistant Providing Administrative Support for the Human Resources Department
Do you have 1 to 2 years experience providing administrative support in an HR Department with 2 or more people?
Do you have 1 to 2 years experience handling routine employee questions for all areas of human resources?

What will you be doing?
- Providing administrative support in all Human Resources areas and functions for the Human Resources Department.
- Maintain accurate Human Resources records and documentation while assisting with all facets of HR processes and procedures.
- Maintain integrity of HRIS and hard copy files.
- Assist with the recruiting and processing of applicants and new hires.
- Must be able to safeguard confidential information.
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR Manager
- Provide back up for payroll and time keeping functions.
- Provide general office management assistance as necessary, to include maintenance of kitchen and office supplies.
- Must be a team player that contributes to the overall success of the department.
What do you need to apply?
- 1-2 years experience providing administrative support in a HR Department with two or more people
- A demonstrated ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions and shift priorities
- The ability to work independently and employ effective time-management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Must have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Must be able to multi-task while demonstrating initiative and judgment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with HR reports and spreadsheets.
- ADP PC Payroll for Windows is a plus.
