Do you have 3+ years experience as a Customer Service Director, Director of Customer Service?

* 3+ years experience in wholesale or consumer facing customer service
* Must be extremely comfortable with the company's adult orientated product line
* Strong technical skills. Must be fluent with CRM packages, order-processing and ERP solutions
* Advanced command of Microsoft Office
* Comfortable building reports and presenting your findings.
Your duties:
* Looking for a true leader / team player with a proven track record working with customers and building successful, rewarding customer experiences
* Must have a passion for building brand recognition, customer loyalty, and satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
* Develop and oversee world class Customer Service policies and procedures
* Take responsibility for key customer facing interactions on a daily basis
