Do you have 3+ years of experience as a Director in a Lean Healthcare environment?
Strong experience with Lean Healthcare is required for this position.
In this position, you will serve as the key resource for improving the design and management of operations. The Director uses methodologies to work with departments, teams, and individuals across the organization to facilitate improved design, management, and controls over operations. You will oversee the status and monitoring of operations improvement efforts and be responsible for facilitating training of appropriate individuals throughout the organization in performance improvement techniques.
What you need for this position:
- 3+ years of experience in Lean Healthcare
- Must currently hold a Director or Management role in Operations focused on Lean Healthcare
The right candidate must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Administration or related fields, with specific training in performance improvement techniques. Master's degree preferred.
Formal continuing education in process improvement techniques, such as Healthcare Lean Leadership, Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma is required. Experience working with Lean Healthcare / Toyota Production System (TPS) is required for this position.
