Threshold Financial Technologies Inc.

Reporting to the Director of Financial Solutions, this position is responsible for the ongoing management of Financial Institution clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and acting as liaison between the client and Threshold’s internal resources. He/she will be responsible for the performance management and ongoing profitability of these accounts. The Manager, Client Services & Business Development will identify growth opportunities with existing clients, as well seek out and develop new opportunities that are compatible with Threshold’s core competencies of ABM outsourcing, ABM resale and switching solutions. The successful candidate must be bilingual (French/English), have a post secondary education (or equivalent education and related experience) and a minimum of 8 years experience in the Financial Institution operations/business development environment, with a knowledge of the credit union marketplace. The candidate has a proven track record in a client relationship role; horizontal selling; tender/R.F.P. response preparation and strong presentation skills. Additionally, the candidate is computer literate, specifically with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Finally, this results-oriented candidate will have strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize, organize and follow-up.
