Federal Government Inside Sales Representative
FedResults, Inc. has an opening for a Federal Government Inside Sales Representative to provide consultative sales solutions for a variety of Partner Sales clients that provide enterprise security software and/or hardware.
Responsibilities include creating quotes, configuring product proposals, accept and process purchase orders, conduct telemarketing/telesales campaigns, and interfacing with customers for pre- and post- sales support. As a Federal Government Inside Sales Representative, you will develop consultative selling tactics to educate customers and employees on the application of current technology using various products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
2-3 years experience selling technology solutions to end-user and/or senior-level decision makers.
Maintains expected call volume of 50-60 calls per day, calling on new business prospects in the Federal Government.
Attain or exceed individual assignments while contributing to team objectives for revenue, market share and profit.
Forecast, track and report on attainment of objectives.
Handles their assigned territory for questions and complaints, communicates with customers, handles service problems, understands company products and services, maintains pleasant and professional image.
Able to explain product features/benefits, generates customer interest.
Must have high-energy work ethic and be available to work non-standard hours during peak season times.
