Basic Qualifications:
Three or more years of experience analyzing complex sets of data.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Demonstrated experience reconciling multiple sources of information and creating clear reports from complex information. Demonstrated experience presenting key findings to a variety of stakeholders. Demonstrated experience independently planning, organizing, and managing multiple assignments and tasks concurrently. Demonstrated experience designing, coordinating and producing presentations and communication materials including the ability to graphically represent statistical material. Ability to determine the need for analysis in response to changing or developing business conditions. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be customer-focused to appropriately identify and respond to clients business needs, and facilitate the presentation of recommendations. Demonstrated ability to gather and accurately analyze information, integrate people processes, systems, and technologies, and make strategic recommendations regarding project scope, impact, policy, development, and implementation. Must demonstrate the ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, project personnel and all levels of management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in. Must demonstrate the ability to independently take initiative and accountability for results. Demonstrated ability to maintain high performance during crisis situations or in rapidly changing environment. Demonstrated high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access and Lotus Notes.
Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of Energy Efficiency programs, policies and procedures. Experience mapping, optimizing, implementing complex process flows.
Typical Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide support to the Manager of New Construction and Agricultural Energy Efficiency (AgEE). Candidate will have key role in overseeing the complex process flows related to the On-Bill Financing program. Typical responsibilities will include: creating format for weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad hoc reports, and report data accordingly; generating immediate program reports including historical impacts, forecasting, energy savings estimates, budget impacts, and measure-use analysis; supporting the team during Regulatory verifications and proceedings; identifying and troubleshooting inconsistencies and errors; tracking and processing incentive packages; monitoring tracking procedures and suggesting process improvements; and performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
