This role is responsible for providing financial services support including O&M and capital budget development and business analysis. Ensures proper account charging to O&M and capital programs. Performs business and operational analysis for management. Provides fundamental business profitability analysis to management along with cost analysis, project analysis of financial of financial impacts of business strategies. Provides financial guidance, input and training to management and key employees that will assist in achieving short and long term business strategies. Ensures compliance with capital policy.
Performs assignments designed to develop work knowledge, skills and abilities requiring application of policies, procedures, techniques and other criteria in carrying out all aspects of the job.
Performs routine work assignments but over time will demonstrate the ability to perform more difficult work assignments.
Works under established policies and procedures to meet set schedules and system or program requirements.
Continues to develop the knowledge, skills and abilities to reach a higher level of proficiency and work complexity
Proficiently performs assignments having the knowledge, skills and abilities and experience needed to carry out all aspects of the job.
Exercises independent judgment and decision-making in planning, organizing and conducting work assignments.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of financial concepts
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Strong computer skills
Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making
Preferred: Bachelors in Business or Finance
