Reporting to the Supervisor - CSC Representatives, this position will be responsible for the training of new staff and coaching of existing staff. They will prepare training documentation as requested by the CSC Rep Supervisor. This position will work closely with the CSC Team Leads and the CSC Rep Supervisor to maintain excellent customer service levels, adherence to departmental procedures and make suggestions regarding process improvements.
