We are a leading organization providing services in the Insurance and Healthcare industries. We are seeking Japanese bilingual Customer Service Reps to work in our Call Center handling calls from Japan and North and South America.
Key responsibilities include:
- Represent major Japanese travel insurance companies providing excellent customer service to Japanese nationals traveling or residing in North and South America
- Assist customers with obtaining appropriate medical care and filing insurance claims
- Log information in Japanese and English on calls received; maintain detailed and accurate records
- Work with medical providers to arrange medical treatment and direct billing to company address
- Support insurance underwriters in Japan regarding adjudication, status, and eligibility issues
The qualified candidate will have:
- Japanese native level speaking and writing ability
- Business level English skills
- Ability to understand Japanese travel insurance policy wording and guidelines
- Computer and data entry skills
- Team player attitude
- Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
