Customer Service Engineer Do you have 1+ years of field service experience within the banking industry / ATMs? If so, please read on! We are seeking a Customer Service Engineer to provide maintenance on assigned products within the West LA area. You will schedule all service calls and preventative maintenance as well as provide primary customer contact for all post-installation problems. What you will be doing: Troubleshoot, report, and perform all necessary service with some direction which requires: - prioritizing and planning. - contacting customer with the estimated time of arrival. - escalating problems when appropriate. - re-assigning calls when appropriate. - accurately report service data. - comply with quality checklist process. Foster positive customer relations. * Participate as a member of CSE Team. * Complete preventative maintenance inspections. * Implement all field change orders. * Maintain company vehicle, organize and manage truck stock parts and tools, and package and mail parts being returned. * Organize and update technical documentation. * Participate in the sales programs as required. * Maintain effective communication with OP Team and CSE team members. Communicate serious problems to OP Team and CSE Team. * Develop working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures. * Interact in a positive and professional manner with customers. * Provide customer contact for all post-installation problems. * Conform to Customer Service Engineer ‘ key processes’. * Provide ‘first line maintenance’ on automated teller machines as required. ** This position requires very full work weeks (60+ hrs) where you may have to work nights and weekends on occasion.
