Manager and Senior Manager - Insurance Consultant who will manage and deliver large, complex insurance engagements that identify, design and implement creative business solutions and technology solutions for Large Insurance clients.
Senior Managers would be responsible for:
Business Development - working closely with senior client management to organize and lead pursuit teams, lead proposal development and contribute to proposal pricing strategy.
Client Management - Manage day-to-day operations at all levels of management
Engagement Management - manage project economics and manage engagement risk.
Practice Development - development of solutions and methodologies and development including public speaking and publications in industry periodicals.
People Development - perform the role of counselor and coach in the staffing process and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.
Must Have:
Majority of engagement experience focused on the Insurance market segment
Experience with 1 or more sectors of the Insurance Industry; P&C, Life, Reinsurance and/or Brokerage.
10+ years in consulting services, including at least 3 years of project management.
Revenue generation responsibility. Minimally of $2mm/year
Significant experience managing/leading complex programs, operations and product launches
Responsible for multiple projects.
Experience managing the career development and performance issues of direct reports.
Significant experience managing/leading complex programs, operations and product launches.
Experience analyzing, designing and implementing large scale Insurance/Technology solutions.
Experience with IT Strategy, Policy Administration, Claims Administration and/or Underwriting.
Experience in Data Warehousing, Business Process Reengineering and/or Legacy System replacement is desired.
Very high attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively within all levels of team, management or client organization.
Must be willing to travel 80% (Mon – Thur)

A plus would be if you have worked for one or more of the following: Accenture, Cap Gemini, Bearing Point, IBM, Diamond Cluster, Sapient, McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, Bain Consulting, First Manhattan, Booz Allen.
