A very well established Prime Contractor that specializes in Public Works contracts ($3mm - $40mm Industrial Water and Wastewater Treatment and Pumping Facilities) is looking for a hands on, cost conscious individual who is accustom to working w/in a small to mid sized construction firm
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT – INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES:
Experience required:
• Minimum 5 years experience as a project superintendent working on projects involving Water, Wastewater and Pumping facilities, etc..
• Solid understanding of referenced facilities and the ability to handle all field activities with the support of home office project management. (Additional field staffing is dependent on size and complexity.)
• Works well with owners, subcontractors and field labor.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
