Large, established custom manufacturer of trade show and museum exhibits located in Elk Grove Village, IL is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computer/Software Support Specialist. JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintain all existing computer equipment Install new equipment and software Analyze hardware and software issues and provide solutions Develop, assist, and facilitate implementation of new systems Develop reports utilizing standard database software REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills Excellent technical, oral, and written communication skills Possess ability to provide detailed documentation. Mac and PC experience a must FileMaker Pro experience a plus SPECIFIC INFORMATION: Normal work schedule Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Overtime as required. Overtime is paid at premium hourly rate.
