PrinterWorks is a growing Managed Print Services company focused on providing exceptional printer, copier, and MFP fleet services to our large client base. We are currently looking for "printer and copier service technicians" to join our team. The successful applicant will posses the following traits:
Post Secondary Diploma in hardware technology
At least 2 years hands-on experience as a copier / printer (break / fix) technician
Be able to work closely with hardware and software manufacturers to solve problems,
Ensure manufacturer engineering changes are performed as required and proper warranty processes are followed,
Posses a proven track record for service delivery,
Ability to communicate technical solutions at a management level,
Excellent communications, interpersonal, documentation skills,
Strong team player, flexible and proactive,
Professional work place ethics,
Strong attention to detail,
Focused on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and reliability,
Drivers license with a clean record and daily access to an appropriate vehicle,
