A Sales Executive is required for our highly renowned International Hotel Chain. Our Luxury 5* Lancashire based property with over 300 rooms, a bar, 2 restaurants, 15+ meeting rooms and conference facilities for up to 400 delegates is ideal for all of your leisure and business requirements.
We require a Sales Executive to work alongside our existing Sales team to increase our local and national client base. You will be required to make outbound calls of both a warm and cold nature to entice potential clientele onto our glorious site, perform show rounds and ultimately seal contracts. You will also be required to develop further usage of the facilities by keeping in close contact with our already extensive existing client base. You will be required to represent the company at various off site events so a keen ability to upsell and close down business is essential.
The right candidate will have excellent rapport building skills coupled to a tenacious need to develop revenue from new sources, high energy levels, formidable researching skills and a passion for sales. You will have immaculate presentation skills and be confident working at a corporate exec level. This is a predominantly in house role so the skill to draw in new business is paramount. You will be skilled in show rounds and the ability to close potential clients down will be second nature to you. With extensive marketing and an extremely adequate advertising budget at your disposal their is every oppertunity for a candidate with the right level of focus and drive to rapidly expand your client base.
This role is ideally suited to an enthusiastic individual looking for a career in event sales either as an existing sales exec or a co-ordinator looking to move into proactive sales.
