Renowned architectural firm actively seeks a Project Architect or Architectural Project Manager to provide project leadership, guidance, and supervision within our office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
In the role of Project Architect or Architectural Project Manager job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing project oversight, management, guidance, and supervision of all aspects and phases of assigned architectural public- use projects such as: design development, construction document & specification production, submittal, project budgets, project schedules, client interaction, consultant coordination, quality assurance of documents & contracts, and construction administration.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Professional architectural industry related work experience as a Project Architect, Architectural Project Manager, or Architectural Designer preferable working within a team oriented architectural office environment.
Experience with Mixed Use and/or Hospitality Projects
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Must have strong working knowledge of recent versions of Auto CAD and/or Architectural Desktop.
Significant knowledge of architectural practices and procedures pertaining to design development, construction document production, consultant coordination, and client interaction is required.
Current California Architectural License or currently working through the IDP process towards the attainment of your CA license is preferred.
Must have strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills, and a personable, team oriented attitude.
