public organisation based in central London is looking for an experienced manager who is capable of developing a property strategy to a portfolio that consists of 22 buildings along with overseeing a budget of c£18m. The job holder will control all building operations and manage a team that deals with the provision of high quality customer focused building services along with leasing options and an on going capital programme. Importantly, applicants should have multi-site experience, have proven people management skills and be dedicated to providing a customer focused service. Ideally, candidates should hold a FM related qualification but it is important to be able to work in a pressurised environment, be an effective communicator and organiser and be able to demonstrate good administration skills.
