Sales Account Manager, e-Discovery
MUST have sales experience selling Legal services or software and / or selling to attorneys and law firms.

What You Need!
- 3+ years outside sales experience selling solutions (software and / or services) to law firms; attorneys; corporate legal departments.
- Successful track record quarter over quarter and proven ability to achieve personal financial goals
- MOTIVATION, DEDICATION, DRIVE, FOCUS, DESIRE to make great money
- Exceptional sales skills and ability to connect with clients and follow-up
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Microsoft Office; Sales Tracking Software (Salesforce, ACT, etc); College degree preferred
What you will do!
- Identify and qualify potential clients and opportunities
- Set appointments, prepare presentations and meet with decision makers and C level executives and attorneys
- Build your pipeline, forecast revenues and achieve agreed on sales goals monthly and quarterly
- Be prepared to increase your compensation based on the time and effort you invest with the support of a dedicated team of professionals
