Relationship Banker needed for our Elmhurst North branch located at 205 Addison Ave. Opening a variety of deposit accounts and selling other bank specific loan products; developing new business via cross selling existing accounts, prospecting, networking and other business practices including phone and outside activities; working with other Specialist Sales team members to cross-sell existing bank products; handling complex client requests with a high level of customer service, including research requests, money transfers and other general banking needs; leveraging the Call Center and bank systems to monitor all marketing, banking and investment activity with customer.
Responsible for building profitable customer relationships by pro-actively identifying credit, savings and investment opportunities. Responsible for selling bank credit, savings, services and referring customers to the appropriate departments. Must keep abreast of the changes regarding bank services, federal regulations regarding banking issues, procedures and policies as stated in office memorandums and the operations manual.
