Handle and manage the community: Solve harassment, insults, and racism issues Help new players learn the game Follow official and non-official websites and forums to stay informed about the community Make a weekly report to the Team leader and centralize the GM's input Handle and centralize bug reports; GMs should identify recurrent bugs and include them in the weekly reporting YOU Job Requirements: Previous experience in Online / Web activities A strong motivation & high level of commitment Excellent teamwork skills Fluent in English Autonomy and rigor are requested skills Passion for playing MMORPGs Good knowledge of World of Warcraft PLUSES Bachelor's degree is preferred MMORPG working experience Knowledge of community tools (IRC, forums, etc…) Knowledge of other languages Proficiency with MS Office tools Permanent work contract Starting Date: Immediate.
