Position: California Registered Licensed Architect
Location: Sacramento, California
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 base plus benefits and performance bonuses
Terms: Full-Time
Ideal Architectural candidates will posses a bachelors or masters degree in architecture and a minimum of 5-15 years of relevant Architectural industry work experience. Must have current California Architectural license or ability to obtain license within the next 12 months (required). Qualified candidates will have considerable experience pertaining to architectural building programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction document production and coordination, specifications writing, consultant coordination, client interaction, code review and compliance, construction administration, etc. Architect must have the ability to perform site evaluations, code/design reviews and value engineering studies. Most transferable architectural project background would be those that have taken part in healthcare, K-12 Education, Higher Education, Civic, Judicial, Institutional, or Commercial building projects. Ideal candidates will have exceptional writing, verbal and presentation skills and proficient working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Architectural Desktop.
