Do you have a proven track record as Vice President of an Agriculture Division for a green industry leader and can see yourself:
Leading the Agriculture Division by developing, motivating and achieving goals, new product development and customer satisfaction and improving organizational effectiveness.
Creating a powerful sales culture and managing the sales team to achieve objectives
Establishing executive relationships with key customers.
Analyzing competitive environment and marketing opportunities and making recommendations to expand marketing share.
Developing and then implementing functional strategic and tactical plans to support corporate plans and objectives.
Negotiating and executing strategic alliances and partnership deals
Managing all aspects of the Agriculture Division including finances, profit and loss, human resources, materials, sales, marketing and information and organizing systems.
