Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position is responsible for analyzing business data from a SQL database and various other sources to develop recommendations for business improvements. The Operations Analyst will be the Subject Matter Expert for the core call centre management system, eiManager, which provides rules based processing to ensure effective and timely processing of trouble tickets. The responsibilities will include maintaining the system database, analyzing the effectiveness of the processes through data analysis, and making ongoing recommendations for system changes. The successful candidate will provide data mining in other core systems for reporting and analytical purposes. The Operations Analyst will support the Director of Strategic Initiatives on ad-hoc requests relating to critical business issues. The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years related data analysis experience. Experience in the ABM industry is preferred. The candidate must be strong in report creation as well as statistical analysis, and making recommendations based on analysis. As well, the successful candidate has experience with T-SQL and coding stored procedures, as well as working with MS SQL relational databases. Finally, he/she is experienced with MS applications and requires Excel modeling and Access database experience.
