FGMG has an opening for an Entry Level Accountant, must be well organized, accurate, efficient, analytical and detail oriented. We are flexible on days-probably 5-10 hours a week to start. Located in Langley this would be ideal for a student or soon to be graduate of formal accounting classes and looking for a permanent part-time position 1. Processing payroll (4) 2. Vendor payments 3. Processing & Maintaining AR-AP filing 4. Daily Bank Reconciliations 5. Monthly Bank Reconciliations 6. Reception-answer and screen incoming calls 7. Handle all incoming and outgoing faxes, mail, packages, deliveries, and couriers 8. Keep common areas, countertops, printers, faxes, kitchen, and office space tidy, empty recycle bins and paper and toner The ideal candidate will possess the following skills 1. Fluent English writing and speaking skills 2. Be proficient with MS Office 3. Exceptional Time Management and organizational skills with attention to detail is essential 4. Strong work ethic with a willingness to multi task and be flexible and take on varied responsibilities 5. Most important is your ability to notice when something needs doing before someone has to tell you and the feeling that no job or challenge is too big or too small. 6.
