General Manager- Restaurant- fine dining- new location - for a privately held fine-dining Restaurant experience - Brand New location
If you are an experienced General Manager with current high-volume fine-dining expertise and you are looking for an opportunity to run your own brand new location and are local to the Irvine, CA area...please read on:
You must have fine dining high-volume experience from Restaurant's such as: Roy's, Flemings, Ruth Chris for example.
You will be reporting directly to the Owners.
What you will be doing:
~ provide restaurant supervision and leadership
~ consistently meet or exceed the standard for the Guest experience
~ Train, retain and develop your team and be the Customer Service role model
~ Encourage behaviors which build sales and control costs
~ Work floor management shifts to set the pace and to insure Excellent Service to all Guests
~ Work shifts to coach employees and provide ongoing feedback for their development
~ Manage the store appearance, maintenance, and atmosphere
~ Ensure the execution of all Special Events are exceeding standards
~ Create a positive environment for all Team Members and Guests
What you must have for this position
~ Previous full service and fine dining restaurant management experience a MUST!
~ College degree desirable
~ Guest service oriented
~ Exercises good judgment in decision making
~ Excellent interpersonal skills
~ Open to feedback and to self-improvement
~ Holds self accountable for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism
~ Sense of urgency, self motivation and some one that wants to put in the time to ensure this NEW conation is a success.
