The role of the Travel Team Leader is to manage and lead a team of Travel Sales Agents who sell a variety of travel products including tour packages, scheduled and charter flights, car hire, travel insurance, cruises and additional products to the member base and other B2C target groups in Italy via phone. The Travel Team Leader should show an in depth knowledge and understanding of the Italian travel industry as well as exceptional sales skills. The Travel Team Leader should have experience in heading up small to mid size sales teams and should show an in depth knowledge and understanding of the Italian travel industry as well as exceptional sales skills as well as good people management & coaching skills. An IATA / UFTA diploma would be preferred.
Must speak fluent Italian and English.
